JACOB’S Story

Clancy Jacob came by his house-building skills honestly. As a third-generation carpenter, building is what he does best.

In 1988, Clancy started as a framer moving to Leduc from Langenburg, SK. He continued working through each aspect of the homebuilding process gaining knowledge through hands-on experience.

Ten years later, JACOB’S joined a new home warranty company and focused their skills entirely on custom home building. With Clancy’s storehouse of home buidling knowledge and Sharon’s understanding of business management, they have guided JACOB’S to be a local Leduc homebuilder focused on providing a premium quality custom product.

Keeping it local is what JACOB’S does best. From working with local trades and suppliers to supporting local sport teams and community groups, JACOB’S gives back to the community which has been so good to them.
